Upload a PDF, choose who it is for and the protection rules, and we will generate a protected file named after your PDF (e.g. Contract.exe) for you to download and send. The reader is built in: your recipient just double-clicks the file to open it, there is nothing to install (Windows 10 or 11, with internet). Your original PDF is encrypted on our server and deleted immediately after the protected file is created, it is never stored.
Each user is a login your readers use to open the files you protect for them.
Pause stops a user for a while, Block revokes access until you unblock, and an access end date lets the user open files until the end of that day (UTC). Each one applies to all of the user's files at the next opening, and readers that are open and online close within about a minute.

Create reusable watermark styles and pick one when you protect a PDF. The dynamic watermark stamps each reader's own name, date, IP and a tracking code onto every page, your strongest defense: if a page leaks, you can trace who it came from.

Readers can print right away to printers PDF Blue confirms as physical: USB printers and network printers that answer as a printer. Any other printer, such as a print server, another computer or a connection PDF Blue does not recognise, stays blocked until you approve it here. Approve only printers you know: an approved printer can be used with all your files.

Heads-up: cancelling stops billing at the end of the current period and locks the account once it expires. You can resume any time from the same portal.
Everything is done here, online. There is nothing to install. When you protect a PDF, you get one .exe file to send to your readers. They just double-click it to open it, with nothing to install on their side either.
